Kurt Quackenbush

After working several years in the legal field, Kurt completed his certification and authorization by the Utah State Bar and the Supreme Court of Utah to practice family law as a Licensed Paralegal Practitioner (LPP), providing legal services, dispute resolution and mediation in the areas of family law, debt collection, and landlord/tenant law.

Kurt is a native of Utah, where he completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and worked with major corporations such as General Motors, Sony SCEA and Electronic Arts (EA). Kurt left the corporate world to work in public education for more than 11 years before pursuing a career in law.

Kurt's goal is to make legal services more accessible and affordable for those who may not require, or be able to afford, full attorney representation. Kurt provides guidance through every step of the legal process, from document preparation and court filings to negotiation and mediation support.
